Ready to talk over Lokpal to anyone if approached: Salman Khursheed

Union Law Minister Salman Khursheed Thursday favoured continuing dialogue with Team Anna Hazare on the Lokpal issue, saying he was ready to talk to anyone if approached.

"Prime Minister Thursday gave a message in the Parliament. It is obvious that talks should happen," Khursheed said talking to reporters outside his residence.

On the schedule for next round of talks between Hazare's representatives and government, Khursheed said, "I don't have any knowledge, if anybody comes I will talk."

Along with the Prime Minister entire Parliament has made an appeal (to resolve the issue) and I would like to repeat the same here, he told reporters.

On being asked whether Hazare's fast is valid after the appeal made by Prime Minister, he said, "I would say that this appeal should be respected and we all should try to find a solution."

Earlier in the day, the Law Minister said government is deeply concerned about Anna Hazare's health and is open for discussions over the Lokpal issue.
