Power supply hits DMRC office, but not train services

Power supply at the Delhi Metro office was affected today due to the heavy rains that lashed the national capital but train services were not affected.
 
"There was no power and air conditions were not working due to the indundation of our basement in the office where we have our plants. But the train services were not affected," DMRC chief E Sreedharan told reporters.
 
Heavy rains had lashed the capital yesterday inundating several areas and leading to traffic snarls across the city.
