A Delhi-based hotel manager was arrested along with a Russian sex worker from a city hotel after police busted a sex racket in Rajkot.
Acting on a tip off, police raided the hotel in Sadar Bazar area of the city last night and arrested the duo-identified as Shankar Kumar Mishra and Rigini Marath, police said.
Mishra is a native of Assam and is working as a hotel manager in Delhi's Dreamland Hotel while Rigini is a Russian.
Rigini moved to India seeking a job but was allegedly pushed into prositution by her sister who is living in Delhi for fending their ill parents back in Russia, police said.
Investigation revealed that Mishra used to come in Gujarat with girls of different nationalities, they said. The two have been booked under Immoral Traffic Act, police said adding further probe is on.
