Denying her involvement in the 2G spectrum allocation scam, Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi on Tuesday said all decisions had the approval of PM Manmohan Singh and Union home minister P Chidambaram who was finance minister then.

"If the trial goes on (against her), I will summon the PM as witness," Kanimozhi told special CBI judge OP Saini through her lawyer Sushil Kumar. "The three — Singh, Chidambaram and telecom minister Kapil Sibal — are good enough as witnesses. They told Parliament that the government did not incur any loss as 2G licences were not to be auctioned," Kumar said.

He said he had the minutes of the meeting to prove Singh and Chidambaram decided that licences for 2G spectrum must not be sold or auctioned. "The moment the loss factor goes out, the charge of cheating also goes out," Kumar said.
