Anand Deshpande, MD, CEO & founder of Persistent Systems, and Gokhale, director of city-based VNIT, signed the MoU here. They termed the agreement as an important step towards interaction between industry and educational institutions.

This will open a new chapter of bonding between industry and educational institutions in and around Nagpur. The step would help the students to get an actual industry exposure during their academics, and working professionals would be able to complete their higher education while continuing their professional career, they said.
