A murder suspect has been slapped with National Security Act (NSA) by the district magistrate on recommendation by the police, sources at Mainpuri said today.
Rashid alias Adda, arrested in connection with the murder of Ram Kumar Dixit,a gas agency owner on June 27, is currently lodged in the district jail, sources said.
District magistrate Sachidanand Dubey approved of the imposition of the Act after going through Rashid's criminal records, they said
