A special CBI court, hearing a case related to infamous Nithari serial killings, Monday fixed October 20 for final arguments after main accused Surender Koli pleaded for more time.
Special CBI Judge Shyam Lal posted the hearing for October 20 after Koli prayed for more time for arguments.
Final arguments were to be concluded on Monday in the Choti Payal case.
In Joyti murder case related to Nithari, the judge fixed tomorrow for the disposal of application of accused relating to a technical issue, CBI advocate JP Sharma said.
