A new born baby boy was found dead in a garbage heap in a residential area of Faridabad, police said in Chandigarh on Wednesday.
The body was picked up by a dog from the garbage, they said.
A case had been registered against an unidentified person on the complaint of the watchman of the Navin Nagar society where the body was found.
