Nephew of former MLA arrested in Muzaffarnagar

The Police today arrested Vikrant Pawar, nephew of a former MLA, Ratan Singh for posing as the representative of an Uttar Pradesh minister in Hardoi district. 

Pawar, had faxed the district authorities to arrange facilities for him at a state guest house stating that he was a representative of UP minister Yograj. The authorities learnt of the fraud when they inquired about the person with the minister.
