Municipal Corporation of Delhi demolishes 19 illegal structures

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi today demolished illegal portions in 19 buildings in the capital as part of its drive against unauthorised constructions.

Seventeen buildings faced action in Rohini Zone while portions of two structures were razed in Central Zone.

The MCD's Building department carried out the demolition action with the help of local police.

The drive was carried out in Vishwakarma Colony and Pulprahlad Pur in Central Zone and Sectors 3,5,6 and 16 Rohini, Shalimar Bagh, Pitampura, Sultanpuri, Budh Vihar, Rani Bagh and Vijay Vihar Phase-II.
