All India Anti-Terrorist Front today demanded that the Centre convene an all-party meeting to discuss the presence of Chinese troops in the Pakistan occupied Kashmir(PoK) saying it posed a serious threat to the country's security.

"China's activities in PoK, its open support to Pakistan, installing missiles above Himachal Pradesh border (having 1700km range), preparation for anti-ship missiles, its bases in Indian Ocean, all point to a serious threat to India," AIATF chairman Maninderjit Singh Bitta warned.

Bitta also alleged that Sikhs in Jammu and Kashmir were facing a difficult situation in the wake of being threatened to convert to Islam or leave the valley.

Demanding that any kind of economic package to Jammu and Kashmir be discontinued till the situation improved there, Bitta warned that the state could slip out of India's hands if wrong political policies of successive Central governments were not rectified.
