Mother, 3 children burnt to death in Assam

A mother and her three children were burnt to death and her husband was injured when fire broke out at a house in Assam's Sonitpur district today, police said.

The flames spread from a candle, left burning since last night, at the residence of fair price shopowner Rabin Champia at Samaguri Tea Estate under Dhekiajuli police station.
   
While Thirty-five year old Ansar Champia and Arun Champia (eight), Moti Champia (five) and Bipasha Champia (one) were burnt to death, Ansar's husband Rabin suffered burn injuries.
