More arrests likely in Sohrab encounter case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has indicated that some fresh arrests may happen in the near future in connection with the Sohrabuddin encounter case.

The development, whenever they happen, may put an end to rumours about the possible arrest of some political leaders and senior police officials.

A source in the CBI told DNA that fresh arrests are possible, but refused to disclose the exact time when it would take place.
The sources said that the CBI is in the process of making a watertight case and is awaiting proper evidences before it makes the arrests.

Unconfirmed reports also said that CBI is all set to fortify its
office before it starts arresting more suspects. CBI team is in Gandhinagar and its office here is buzzing with activity.
