Man kills his father over property dispute in Ghaziabad

A man allegedly killed his father today over a property dispute in Ghaziabad, while in another incident two persons were shot at, police said.

Sixty-five-year-old Kalwa was shot dead allegedly by his son Rahis after a brawl over property, SP (rural) M M Baig said, adding that the accused is absconding.

In another incident, two persons Lallu, 90, and Kiranpal, 40, were shot at allegedly by Kapil and Rahul in village Mahrauli near NH 24 over a trivial issue related to road crossing, he said.

Both the accused are absconding and efforts are on to nab them.

Meanwhile, a body of an unidentified 26-year-old woman - with her throat slit - was found in Hafizpur area today, he added.
