Ex-Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda and his former cabinet colleague Kamlesh Singh, both under judicial custody, were today admitted to a hospital here, a day after the special vigilance court allowed their request to avail treatment.
According to doctors attending to them, Koda has been suffering from abdominal pain while Kamlesh Singh complained of chest pain.
The court had also allowed the vigilance officials to continue their interrogation at the Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences where the two were admitted.
The two had been arrested on November 30 and sent to fourteen days of judicial custody in connection with the disproportionate assets case being probed by the Vigilance Bureau.
