Khali wants Kasab should be sent to gallows

Renowned Indian wrestler Khali today said lone surviving Pakistani gunman, Ajmal Kasab, accused in the 26/11 terror attack, should be hanged at the earliest as a punishment for killing hundreds of innocent people.

"I know the law is there to ensure justice, but still I believe Kasab should be hanged," Khali told reporters at a press conference announcing the Mumbai Peace Run organised by over 50 NGOs in the city.

Dilip Singh Rana, the wrestler who is popularly known as Khali, further said Kasab is responsible for the murder of his brothers and sisters in Mumbai.

"If I would be given a chance to handle him in my own way, I would kill him or hang him on the spot," Khali said.

Several city-based NGOs, including the All India Anti-Terrorism Front have arranged a Peace Run on Sunday ahead of the first year anniversary of the dastardly terror attack.

Over 160 persons were killed and several others injured after a group of ten Pakistani terrorists attacked various locations in the city like hotels Taj and Oberoi-Trident, Nariman House, Café Leopold and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus.

Nine of the terrorists were killed by security forces in the two-day seige.
