The Haryana government will spend Rs1,900.31 crore in the next financial year to boost water supply and provide better sewerage facilities in towns, an official spokesperson said today.

The Haryana government will spend Rs1,900.31 crore in the next financial year to boost water supply and provide better sewerage facilities in towns, an official spokesperson said today.
The total amount will include Rs1,031.22 crore on plan side and Rs869.09 crore on non-plan side, he said.
The government has planned to improve water supply in 78 urban centres and will spend Rs 120 crore on improving of sewerage facilities during 2011-12, he said, adding that National Capital Region Planning Board had also set apart Rs110 crore for implementation of various works.
