A 45-year-old woman today committed suicide allegedly after being harassed by her husband here, police said.

A 45-year-old woman today committed suicide allegedly after being harassed by her husband here, police said.

The incident happened at Shikohabad area here. The woman committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling of a room in her residence, they said.

Shalu's kin have alleged that she was killed by her in-laws, police said, adding that her husband has been detained in this connection.
