Five persons were injured when a clash broke out between two neighbours over construction of a mosque wall at Kutesra village in the district here, police said.
 
Noorhasan and Faizal yesterday got engaged in a fight over the construction of the mosque wall which later turned violent, they said, adding four persons were injured in the incident.
 
Senior officials, including sub divisional magistrate, rushed to the spot to control the situation. Security has been further tightened in the area.
 
In another incident, a Delhi police constable was shot at by unidentified persons over a land dispute at Choonsa village in the district.
 
Subodh Kumar, 28, was on leave when the incident took place. He was critically injured and rushed to a hospital, the police said.
