Five dead after consuming spurious liquor in UP

Muzaffarnagar: Atleast five persons, including four Dalits, died after allegedly consuming spurious liquor at Ramraj town in the district, police said here.


The victims had purchased the liquor from a vendor yesterday, who is absconding after the incident, they said.

The deceased were identified as Braham Singh, Ramchander, Rajkumar, Satpal and Arvind. While, another villager Ramasray is battling for his life at the hospital.
