ShareShajapur (MP): An elderly patient allegedly committed suicide in a bathroom of the district hospital, police said today.
Narayan Singh (80), hailing from Bhanodi village was found hanging in the ward bathroom this morning using his turban to end his life, they said.
He was suffering from bronchitis and had been admitted to the hospital yesterday morning, police said.
Singh took the extreme step late last night and his body was handed over to his family members after post mortem, police said adding investigations on to ascertain the reason behind the suicide.
