Disabled minor girl raped by teenager in Ahmedabad

A 11-year-old deaf, mute and physically disabled girl has been allegedly raped by a teenager, police said today.

The incident took place on January 18 but a complaint was lodged by the girl's grandmother last night, they said.

The 15-year-old boy, who is absconding, is a neighbour of the victim in Sardarnagar area. According to the complaint, he sexually assaulted the minor girl when she was alone in her house.

The girl would be sent for medical examination, police added.
