Court verdict on title suits won't solve the problem: Rashtriya Lok Dal

Rashtriya Lok Dal chief Ajit Singh today said the court verdict later this month may settle the Ayodhya title suits but would not solve the problem.

"The court verdict may solve the dispute related to title suit of land in Ayodhya, but it will not be able to resolve the problem," Singh told reporters here.

He said whatever the court's verdict may be, one of the parties will ultimately challenge it in the Supreme Court. 

However, the RLD chief hoped that this time situation like 1992 would not be repeated.

He also alleged that some parties were trying to vitiate the atmosphere by fanning communal passions over the issue.

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court is slated to deliver its verdict on the Ayodhya title suits on September 24.
