Terming the victory of the Congress party in Maharashtra, Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh as "resounding", KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala today said the poll outcome testified the relevance of Congress party in national politics.
  
"The resounding victory of the Congress party in the assembly polls in the three states indicated people's faith in the Congress party and the leadership of Sonia Gandhi," Chennithala told reporters here.
  
The Congress victory in Maharashtra, Arunachal and Haryana indicated that anti-incumbancy factor did not work against the government, he said.
  
The party's victory would inspire Congress workers in Kerala where assembly bye-elections to Kannur, Alappuzha and Ernakulam assembly constituencies are scheduled on November 7, he added.
