Congress uses social networking sites for MCD poll campaign

In an effort to woo the young net-savvy voters, Delhi Congress has resorted to exploiting facebook, twitter and other social networking sites for its campaign in view of the coming municipal corporation polls.

The party has employed a separate cell to keep posting party's messages and opinions on key issues related to civic administration of the city.

"The young generation is very important for our party. We have been using facebook and twitter to put across our
messages to the young generation," said a senior party leader.
