Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Nirmala Buch said that with Menon's release, care must be taken to ensure that all the commitments made to the Maoists are fully honoured.

Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Secretary Nirmala Buch, one of the two mediators appointed by the Chhattisgarh Government for negotiating Sukma Collector Menon's release, on Thursday said that commitments made to the Maoists during negotiations should be honoured.
"I am happy that the efforts made in cooperation with all others have finally borne fruit and Menon is once again a free man," Nirmala said over phone.
Nirmala said that now with Menon's release, care must be taken to ensure that all the commitments that were made to the Maoists during negotiations were fully honoured.
