Children from Jaipur who left home after being scolded found by police

Five children of four families, who allegedly left home after being scolded by their parents, were today found by the police. The children who left their homes last evening were found in Durgapura area here, police said.

"The children all below 12 years of age went missing last evening while playing in front of their houses. When they did not return, their parents searched for them and later approached the police after failing to find them," a police official said.

"Police started searching and finally caught them hiding near a farm in Durgapura area late this morning," he said. "The children who belong to middle class families told the police that their parents kept scolding them every now and then so they decided to left the house and go anywhere but not home," he said, adding that after consultation they returned home along with their parents.
