Bodies of six CRPF personnel killed in the Dantewada Naxal attack would reach here today, a top official of Bihar Police said.
The bodies of CRPF jawans -- two inspectors, one sub-inspector, one head constable and two head constables -- would be brought at the Jai Prakash Narain International airport here by a special Air Force plane, director general of police Neelmani said.
The slain personnel would be given guard of honour at the airport before being handed over to their family members, he said.
Neelmani said Additional director general of police P N Rai, Inspector General of police (Provisions) Ravindra Kumar, Senior Superintendent of Police Vineet Vinayak, DIG CRPF and a host of police officers would receive the bodies of the personnel of 62nd battalion of CRPF.
The battalion, which is posted at Koelwar in Bihar's Bhojpur district, was sent to Chhattisgarh a year ago.
