Bhutanese foreign minister Ugyen Tshering today called on West Bengal chief minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee at the state secretariat, Writers' Building, here.
Describing the meeting as a 'courtesy call', sources in the State secretariat said that they discussed issues of mutual interest.
Tshering, earlier, spoke at a seminar on 'Bilateral Trade', organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce here.
