The additional chief judicial magistrate issued the warrant againt Yadav yesterday after he failed to appear in court in connection with the complaint of Ajay Katara, prime witness in Nitish Katara murder case.

A bailable warrant has been issued by a local court against former MP DP Yadav in a case of alleged poisoning of the prime witness in the Nitish Katara murder case.
Yadav's son Vikas was convicted and sentenced to life term for murdering Katara.
The additional chief judicial magistrate issued the warrant againt Yadav yesterday after he failed to appear in court in connection with the complaint of Ajay Katara, prime witness in Nitish Katara murder case, who had accused six persons including Yadav of poisoning him on 27 April 2007.
The court directed that Yadav appear before it on May 27.
