Azharuddin courts arrest, released

Congress MP Mohammad Azharuddin today courted arrest along with his supporters here protesting against the ransacking of UPCC chief Rita Bahuguna Joshi's residence in Lucknow.
    
Azharuddin, after offering Friday's namaz at the Jama Masjid here this afternoon, took out a march along with his supporters from Jama Masjid despite prohibitory orders.

The former Indian cricket captain was arrested at Mughalpura police station and was later released along with his supporters by the City Magistrate Rajnish Rai.
