Ayodhya verdict: Lalu Prasad for maintaining peace, communal harmony

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad today said peace and communal harmony should be maintained at all cost in view of the Ayodhya title verdict.

"We have to maintain peace, communal harmony and amidst at all costs... it doesn't matter whether the verdict in the title suit is delivered today or tomorrow or after so many days", Prasad told reporters.

Stating that secular forces have a major role to ensure peace and harmony, Prasad said the verdict of the courts should be honoured with full humility.

"The aggrieved parties are free to go to superior courts but the thrust remains on maintaining peace in society", the RJD leader said.
