Ahmedabad's Divya Property Expo 2012 starts January 7

The sixth real estate and property show and exhibition of Divya Bhaskar begins from Saturday. Having gained substantial experience, the exhibition is fully ready to cater to the needs of investors as well as end users of Ahmedabad.

In association with Om Earth Realty Pvt Ltd, Divya Bhaskar is organizing the sixth edition of 'Divya Property Expo 2012', which will be launched by state minister for industries Saurabh Patel. The chief general manager of State Bank of India, SA Ramesh Rangan, will be the guest of honour.

The two-day exhibition will begin at 10.30 am on Saturday and on both days it will last till 8 pm, at the Golden Hall, Rajpath Club, SG Highway in Ahmedabad.

At the exhibition, the 21 participants including three banks which are offering various schemes and financial options. Targeting investors and end users, the expo has commercial space, plots, residential flats, bungalows, weekend homes, farmhouses and many more options.

Compared to previous exhibitions, this year 15% rise in footfalls is expected. More than 5,000 people are expected to visit the exhibition. Like the visitors at previous exhibitions, many of them have succeeded in fulfiling their needs of either buying houses or commercial space from the expo, which is called 'The one-stop solution to all kinds of property needs'.

Despite the not-so-bright market conditions, the Divya Bhaskar team has worked hard to assemble this in just 15 days. As a result, the revenues generated this year are at an all-time high.
