The Army Chief on Friday withdrew his petition from Supreme Court on his age row.
The Supreme Court has declared the petition of Gen VK Singh as disposed off as withdrawn.
SC has also refused Gen Singh's plea that its order on date of birth as May 10, 1950 be restricted only to service record.
SC has recorded in its order Attorney General's statement that government is not questioning integrity or bonafide of Gen Singh.
