82 more patients hospitalised with diarrhoea in Jammu

Eighty two more patients have been admitted to district hospital at Doda today and 15 of them, whose condition was serious have been referred to Government Medical College (GMC) hospital.

With 82 more people hospitalised today for diarrhoea in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, the total number of patients have swelled to over 700 with three deaths already reported.
 
Eighty two more patients have been admitted to district hospital at Doda today and 15 of them, whose condition was serious have been referred to Government Medical College (GMC) hospital here, a defence spokesman said.
 
Three persons, including a child, have died since the outbreak of diarrhoea in Doda.
 
District hospital is now facing shortage of staff, medicines and beds to accommodate patients, he said adding Rashtriya Rifle units present in the area swung into action and voluntarily pitched tents and provided beds for accommodating patients.
