As many as 33 people have tested positive for swine flu in Rajasthan, health officials said today.
The 33 who tested positive yesterday were among 105 people whose samples were tested for the virus, director of the state health department OP Gupta said in a release here.
Of the 33 confirmed cases, 21 were from Jaipur, five from Jodhpur, two from Chittorgarh and one each from Ajmer, Alwar, Dausa, Sikar and Udaipur.
Gupta said 821 of the 2,528 samples from all over the state had tested positive from April to September 16.
All necessary measures have been taken to contain the spread of the disease, Gupta added.
