At least 33 bus passengers were injured, six of them seriously, in a road mishap in lower Assam's Baksa district today.
Police said the accident took place when the driver of the bus, travelling from Guwahati to Barpeta, lost control and the vehicle turned turtle on NH 31 at Madhapur.
The seriously injured were shifted to Guwahati Medical College hospital, while 18 others were admitted to Shahid Mukunda Kakati civil hospital at Nalbari. The rest were discharged after treatment.
