2 brothers stabbed to death, mother seriously injured in Haryana

Holi celebrations turned tragic for two brothers who were stabbed to death by a neighbouring family in broad day light in Dairy Mohallah.

The mother of the youths also suffered serious injuries in the assault and is struggling for her life at a local hospital here. The deceased have been identified as Anil Kumar and Kailash alias Kala.

“Raids are being carried out at the possible hideout of Sunder Lal and his sons- Sandeep and Pradeep- against whom a case of murder has been registered,” said city police SHO Ramesh Alawadi.

He further added that the families had been nursing a grudge against each other since some time.

While Kailash reportedly died on the spot yesterday, Anil and his mother Phoolwati were rushed to the hospital in a critical condition where Anil later succumbed to his injuries.
