Who shall guard the guards? Delhi cop suspended for masturbating in front of female constables

Gross men masturbating in front of women is a problem in Indian cities, but one doesn’t expect cops to be part of this bizarre behaviour. A Delhi cop was suspended after getting drunk and masturbating in front of a female colleague at the police training college.

Police sources told Hindustan Times, that the cop also touched two female constables inappropriately who had threatened to inform their superiors if he didn’t apologise. Later, he masturbated in front of another female constable after stripping following which the witness complained to her superiors. A senior police officer said that a departmental inquiry has been ordered into the matter.

Recently, a 32-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly masturbating in front of a German woman, who is pursuing PhD from JNU, in southeast Delhi's Greater Kailash, the police said. The incident took place on Thursday around 2.45 pm when the 33-year-old scholar had taken her dog out for a stroll in Greater Kailash-II, they said She stopped for a while when she saw the man looking at her in a weird manner.
