Who is better suited to run the country? BJP's Narendra Modi or AAP's Arvind Kejriwal? Bollywood actor Nana Patekar Monday avoided a direct answer.
"One who will do better work for the people will be a good leader," Patekar told the media.
He also avoided a direct answer when asked what he thought of Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party leader who resigned as chief minister of Delhi Friday.
Speaking for himself, Patekar said he can fight anything but not an election. Politics, he added, was not suitable for people like him.
"Politics will not suit me. I will speak the truth and will be thrown out of the party by the seniors on the very second day.
"It will take hardly a month to join and be thrown out of all political parties."
Many take to politics in a state of penury but become multi-millionaires just after a few years of doing "service" for the country, he said.
Only one who joined politics as a common man and remained a common man till his retirement can help the nation, he added.
