When Panneer added masala to TN politics: Twitter goes all guns blazing after OPS's comments

There’s never a dull moment when it comes to the political scenario in Tamil Nadu. After O Panneerselvam announced his resignation from the post of state chief minister, there were a number of individuals who opposed Sasikala’s appointment as CM. However, OPS’s revelation that he was forced to resign to make way for Sasikala, has added masala to an already spicy tale.

Twitter was quick to react to the entire scenario with some most of social media supporting OPS. A lot of people expressed outrage after Panneerselvam was sacked as AIADMK treasurer, and the final straw was when Sasikala announed that he would soon be expelled from the party.
