A young girl in Thrissur, Kerala, has offered a challenge to Prime Minister Modi and the video of hers has gone viral. Anie Ribu Joshy, a Class X student of SHCGHSS, Thrissur, has created a six-minute long video where she talks about drug mafias in India and asks PM Modi to save youth from them. 

A report in The New Indian Express states that Anie lost her father when she was four years old to liver cirrhosis. The young girl has stated that she has faith in Modi and he can be a world leader. Anie has told the daily that Modi was able to showcase India to the world. She believes that the 'health of the nation is the health of the people'.

Anie was quoted as saying that India needs healthy people and that smoking, drugs and drinking are big threats. Drug abuse she said is more terrifying than terrorism. Actor Kalabhavan Mani died recently due to liver disease and consumption of spurious alcohol. 

A group of students has joined Anie in the fight against drugs. They have been fighting drug abuse under the banner Anti-Drug Education Initiative - Fortune-S adds the report. Anie's mother was quoted as saying that Anie wants to make sure that a child will not be orphaned or fatherless like how she was because of drug abuse. Anie wants to work towards changing the mindset of people and the policymakers.
