The lioness was forced to move back into the jungle by Forest Department.

A lioness was seen roaming on the streets of Virpur village in Sasan Gir in Amreli on Sunday. The village is close to the Gir National Park.
According to Jansatta, the lioness was in the village for quite sometime and even had meal of the calf she had caught right on the streets, much to the bewilderment of the residents.
The lioness was later forced to return to the jungle by the Forest Department.
