Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Janardan Mishra who represents Madhya Pradesh's Rewa constituency was recently seen cleaning a school toilet in a village.

A video of the Rewa MP cleaning the toilet in Rewa's Khajuha Village has gone viral on the social media.

 

 

Earlier, the BJP leader, who has always shown immense support towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Swachh Bharat' mission, was spotted cleaning the streets of Rewa.


Earlier, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in the fifth Union Budget proposed to construct 2 crore toilets under Swachh Bharat Mission amid subdued economic growth .

According to the statistics over 6 crore toilets were built under Swacch Bharat Mission in 4 years of tenure of the Central Government.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has time and again urged the people to fulfil father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi's dream of a clean India.

The Prime Minister on January 27, while interacting with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets, National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers and tableaux artists at Teen Murti Haifa Chowk in New Delhi, said that with time the people have become more conscious about cleanliness.

"It takes time to bring any change. It is Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary in 2019, and it is our duty to fulfil Mahatma Gandhi's dream of a Swachh Bharat," PM Modi said.
