Mishra was marshalled out of Delhi Assembly after a scuffle broke between him and other Aam Aadmi Party MLAs.

"You (Kejriwal and Satyender Jain) have been exposed. All your hawala interactions are with me. Kejriwal's relatives are under the scanner now. Jain's frauds, Rs. 300 crore medicines scam is all exposed now. I will expose them," said Mishra.
Giving details about the ruckus, Kapil Mishra told media, "Yesterday I had written to assembly speaker to call a special session in Ramlila maidan on Arvind Kejriwal's corruption. Today, I thought I will get a chance to speak...but when I did not get a chance, I demanded that a special session should be called on Arvind Kejriwal and Satyender Jain's corruption... and when I got up from my seat.. four to five MLAs came and attacked."
Mishra also alleged Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was behind the entire episode, saying the MLAs rushed towards him after he "prompted" them to do so.
On Tuesday, Mishra had sought Lt Governor Anil Baijal's 'direct intervention' in the city's health department over an alleged scam in purchase of medicines by the AAP government.
Mishra has been alleging irregularities in purchase of medicines and in payment to suppliers. But the government rejected his charges as 'baseless', saying all its hospitals have at least '80 per cent availability' of medicines.
"The CM has been putting pressure on the chief secretary since the scam surfaced. It is an attempt to shield the health minister. I seek your direct intervention in the health department as the accused involved in the matter may try to damage proof," Mishra wrote to Baijal.
