On Wednesday, Shehzad Poonawalla gave all of us a major fitness complex when he took the currently viral fitness challenge to a new level by completing 50 push-ups at Zee Media’s India Ka DNA 2019 Conclave. The audience was left awe-struck after the political activist, who's a gym junkie, showed off his moves.

The who’s who of Indian politics is part of the conclave including BJP president Amit Shah, Akhilesh Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Randeep Surjewala, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and Kiren Rijiju.
The fitness challenge was started by sports minister and former Olympian Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. Even PM Modi participated after being challenged by Virat Kohli.

PM Modi had posted a video which showed him meditating, walking on a track inspired by five elements of nature, and doing yoga exercises.
He also passed on the fitness challenge to Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, table tennis player Manika Batra and IPS officers, especially those above 40 years of age.
The prime minister's one-and-a-half minute video came a month after he accepted the fitness challenge thrown by Indian cricket team skipper Virat Kohli.

While posting the video this morning, Modi wrote, "Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature - Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises." Wearing a black jogging dress, Modi is seen walking on a track created around a tree, doing stretching exercise and sitting on a rock for meditation.
