Watch: Man thrashed for allegedly slaughtering buffalo in UP's Aligarh, 5 arrested

In yet another incident of vigilantism, a man was thrashed by locals for allegedly slaughtering a buffalo in Uttar Pradesh.

According to reports, the incident took place in Achal Tal area of Aligarh.

After receiving the information, police officials rushed to the spot and arrested those involved.

"We received the information that a buffalo is being slaughtered at Kali Baghel's home, and arrested all those involved in the incident," said a senior police official.

The police also claimed that they controlled the crowd on time.

In a video, a few persons can be seen attacking a man while he was being escorted by the police.
