A video was circulated on social media on Wednesday that showed several vehicles piled together due to low visibility on the Yamuna Expressway. However, no casualties have been reported.

According to police, the incident took place around 8:30 am near Eastern Peripheral Expressway over bridge leading towards Noida from Agra. Around seven cars smashed into each other as there was zero visibility on the roads.

"A Scorpio dashed into sacks placed on the roadside after which the other cars smashed into the SUV. There were no casualties," said Farmood Ali Pundir, station house officer of Dankaur police station.

Four people were injured and rushed to the nearby hospital.

According to the drivers, they couldn't see anything on the roads which led to the mishap.

"The drivers stated that they were not even driving fast as they couldn't spot anything even 20 meters distant from their car," Pundir added.
