A euphoric Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Vinay Katiyar on Monday, gave enough indications that his party will pursue its pet project of reconstructing Ram Temple awaiting Supreme Court's verdict. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP ) leader expressed his faith on the Supreme Court giving a positive ruling on the lines of the High Court.

"Let the Government first assume charge we will then see as the case is in the court. I think we will get justice from the court as the High Court in its verdict has already claimed that there was existence of Ram Temple in the disputed site, and we believe the Supreme Court will also follow the same," Katiyar said.

When asked if the Supreme Court gives the go ahead on rebuilding the Ram temple he said, "Once the court gives the judgement no one can go against it."

On the issue of Article 370, he stated that as of now there is no discussion on it.

BJP in its 2014 Lok Sabha manifesto had made a cosmetic mention of its promise to re-construct a Ram Temple in Ayodhya, it stated "BJP reiterates its stand to explore all possibilities within the framework of the constitution to facilitate the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya."
