BJP President Amit  Shah has said that he is confident of his party's victory in the Uttar Pradesh elections. Shah was speaking at a press conference in Gorakhpur in the state.

"I am confident that BJP will win 2/3rd majority in Uttar Pradesh. BJP tsunami will soon hit Uttar Pradesh. UP poll outcome will bring about major change in course of country's politics," he said. 

He also slammed the Samajwadi Party and Congress alliance. "By forging an unholy alliance of two corrupt families, Akhilesh Yadav has conceded defeat.," he said.

Shah also accused Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi over dynasty politics in the party. "The name of Congress president is decided at the time of birth itself. Poll outcome will see end of dynastic politics," he said.
